Can I Change Or Cancel My Order?

  • Can I cancel my order?    Unfortunately, no.

    -  Orders can’t be canceled because your item is personalized, and it cannot be restocked or resold.

    -   Once you have reviewed, approved, and placed your personalized order, it is immediately sent to our production facilities.  The personalization process starts immediately, and orders often ship within 24 hours! 

     -   PLEASE double check everything, before submitting your order.

     

    Can I change my order?

    -  Due to the speed that orders move into the production process, it is rare that we can change anything. 

    -  However, if you immediately notice an issue on your order confirmation, contact us ASAP.  We “may” be able to help depending on the issue and where the order is in the production process.
