Great writing tool and stylish as well. I purchased several for co-workers. They loved them, especially the personalization.

First, I must say that the actual pen that I purchased is nice, I do not have a problem with the pen itself. I thought that when I "Purchased" engraving that it would be ENGRAVED, as that's what I have received in the past. Not sure how to describe it, but I would not describe it as ENGRAVED! Maybe a sticker ???? You have cheapened a very nice product. And your ENGRAVING is what you are know for, that's why I have used you for so many gifts through the years . . . and I mean years!
So now I'm confused! I ordered this item from Things Remembered, not Personalization Mall????? Honestly, I most likely will not be ordering from here anytime soon. Thank you for allowing me to let you know.
